Federal Programs

Mr. Graham was raised in Cherokee County.  He attended Ranger Elementary and graduated from Hiwassee Dam High School.  He earned his Bachelors Degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.  He taught high school Social Studies at Watauga High School in Boone, West Henderson High School in Hendersonville, NC, and Murphy High School.  He earned his Master Degree in School Administration from Western Carolina University.  He has served as school Principal at Hiwassee Dam Elementary Middle, Hiwassee Dam High School and Murphy High School.
